Kim Kardashian sexy Gearing Up for the BIG Day, Kim & Kourtney Kardashian: Gearing Up for the BIG Day With her big walk down the aisle less than a week away, Kim Kardashian is in the midst of the homestretch as she tends to all of the final preparations while trying to to make sure that everything is absolutely perfect.
After doing a bit of filming for her E! reality show at the homefront, the brunette beauty was joined by sister Kourtney on a trip to a local medical building in Encino, California on Monday afternoo.
And while she's certainly used to being the center of attention, Kim recently revealed her one big fear when it about her wedding day - walking down the aisle solo. With her biological father, Robert Kardashian, having passed away back in 2003, Kim told Extra's Mario Lopez during a recent interview, "I was so nervous to walk down the aisle by myself."
"For some reason I wasn't thinking, like, 'Oh, Bruce [Jenner] will be there right with me,' so I was thinking, 'I'm gonna fall, I'm gonna faint, oh my God, my train!'" Kim, who is set to wed fiance Kris Humphries on August 20th, added, (August 15).
