Mindy McCready Gag Order Request
In attempt to keep her mother quiet, Mindy McCready recently asked a judge for a gag order, but was denied the request.
According to Radar Online, the judge admitted that he had “concerns about extensive media coverage,” but it wasn’t enough to agree to a gag order.
The drama between the singer and her mother, Gayle, escalated earlier in the week when Gayle called 911 because she thought her daughter overdosed in an attempt to commit suicide.
On the contrary, Mindy’s rep Brent Young, told TMZ that his client did not OD on drugs- she just had a bad reaction to a painkiller and her mom “overreacted.”
