Demi Lovato and JoJo, HTC Social Status Sexy Still easing back into her high-profile career, Demi Lovato was spotted joining in on the HTC Status Social Launch Event in Hollywood, California on Tuesday night.
Held at Paramount Studios, the "Camp Rock" cutie took the the Usher hosted soiree in a cute black dress and she joined up with gal pal JoJo for much of the evening's festivities. Tweeting about the party once it came to a close, Miss Lovato wrote, "Had such a fun night tonight with my girls at the HTC Status event. So good seeing @JoJoistheway.. Such a cool chick, real talk!"
The outing comes as Miss Lovato received quite the tribute from singer Jordin Sparks - as the "American Idol" alum recorded a video of herself singing Demi's new single "Skyscraper". Jordin introduced the video by saying, "It's amazing. Demi did an amazing job with it. And I'd like to put my spin on it for you guys."
Clearly flattered, Lovato posted a tweet of appreciation, as she wrote, "@JordinSparks you covered skyscraper BEAUTIFULLY! One of the best voices of our generation.. thank you SO much girlie. You're so sweet!!!" (07/19/2011).
